End Tiredness Program Review - Does It Work?
Some people call tiredness a modern epidemic. It’s hardly surprising as people today work longer hours than our predecessors used to and we have the same if not more home and family obligations.
It’s just no wonder that people are so tired all the time and turn to shady solutions like energy pills, energy boosting drinks, and so on to help them combat their fatigue.
The problem is that a lot of these potions and pills are actually unhealthy, at least, that’s what tiredness expert Tina Hagen claims in her ebook: the End Tiredness Program.
This program is based on the assumption that by making small lifestyle changes you can dramatically improve your energy levels and look and feel much less tired.
Does this program really work?
The answer is both yes and know.
Since some chronic fatigue symptoms are caused by serious diseases, no single program can help everyone. So, you need to know that the End Tiredness program isn’t perfect nor foolproof.
On the other hand, there’s no doubt that lack of education regarding healthy sleeping habits, proper nutrition, and other behaviors contribute greatly to fatigue. Just so you know, the length of time which you sleep isn’t always such an important factor. In fact, some people do quite fine on very few hours of sleep each night.
As to the End Tiredness Program itself: the strengths of the program is that it’s simple to read and to apply and there is much to learn from it for everyone, even those of us who believe they know everything about fatigue.
The weaknes is that some people may find it hard to make the lifestyle shift required and more guidance should have been included to make this transition smoother.
All in all, if you suffer from constant tiredness, this is a program worth using.
