Those days are lessening and dwindling in our fast food and fast moving lives today.

Here is what I recommended for the man mentioned above. No more fried chicken, seasoned fries and soft drinks.

In the morning for breakfast get out the food blender and follow this recipe. Wash three apples. Remove the stem and bottom. Cut into sections place in the blender. [yes core, seeds and all in the blender with a little water] Add one banana. Add cinnamon, nutmeg and a shake or two of crushed red pepper. [yes crushed red pepper] Remember cinnamon, nutmeg and crushed red peppers are loaded with antioxidants and good for your body. Start the blender get the mix going. Add a little water if needed for blending. Add one whole egg.[yes the whole egg] Drop it in shell and all. Blend some more. Finally add a cup or more of old fashion whole oatmeal and blend.[do not use quick oats] Add more water or add milk to liquefy as needed. Drink it down. You will get three to four full glasses.

The man spoken of at the beginning of this article has incorporated this type of breakfast and after a year he has made much improvement. He no longer has high blood pressure. He no longer has high cholesterol. His thyroid is normal and he has wonderful restored health. He gave up his poor eating habits and enjoys healthy living without health worries.

Aerobic Zone - 70% - 80% of your maximum heart rate. More calories are burned in this range but only 50% of them are fat. This is the best range for endurance training. The aerobic zone is also the best zone for improving cardiovascular and respiratory systems.

Anaerobic Zone - 80% - 90% of your maximum heart rate. Working out in this zone burns lots of calories but only 15% of them are from fat. The remaining about of calories burned in this zone is from carbs in your system and glycogen stored in your muscles. This is the zone in which lactic acid is produced and the body can’t remove it faster than you are producing it. This is a performance training zone. People work out in this zone to improve their lactic acid threshold and their VO2 maximum (the highest amount of oxygen you can consume during exercise. Tip: If you are out of breath you are at or above this rate zone.

Red Line Zone - 90% - 100% of your maximum heart rate. You should only exercise in this zone if you are in very good physical condition and even then only for short periods of time.

Here’s how to lose 10 pounds in 10 days. This is especially written for overweight women who are busy, tired, hate gyms, and don’t have much time to devote to themselves.

These weight loss ACCELERATORS will put your weight loss into OVERDRIVE. You’ll see big changes in your body within 10 days.

 

1. Boring tip first… eat 3 apples a day

Yep, it’s boring, but it works. This is my way of testing you to see if you truly want to lose weight. Eating 3 apples a day for 10 days will allow you to lose about 1 of those 10 pounds. Not much, but this is more a “MINDSET THING” for me to help nudge you into a better weight loss frame of mind.

2. Spin like crazy

Nope, not spinning on some bike at the gym. I’m talking about spinning around in a circle while you’re standing in your living room. YEAH. I’ll explain it, stay with me here.

What you do is spin around clockwise and in a circle. Put your arms out like airplane wings while doing it. Get slightly dizzy with the spins… don’t spin anymore than is necessary to get SLIGHTLY DIZZY! Spin numerous times each day… only takes 15 seconds of your time.

The logic behind it.

Spinning somehow brings balance to unbalanced hormones… via your Endocrine System. This isn’t a science, it’s more like an art. That’s kinda why you have to get slightly dizzy and not totally dizzy when spinning.

Basically, just about all overweight people in North America have unbalanced hormones because of pesticides, herbicides, and numerous other unnatural chemicals and metals in the air, water, and food. Spinning helps solve the “hormone problem”.

3. Walk on an inclined surface

Most people walk on a flat surface… and notice how most people are overweight! Listen, walking on a flat surface is ok for slow, long term weight loss, but I’m sure you want some quicker results.

Therefore, go with walking on an inclined treadmill or up hills. Either way. A 10-15 degree incline is ideal. Just walk for 15-25 minutes… nothing more.

Don’t just write this off either since it’s walking. There’s walking AND then there’s INCLINE WALKING. Big difference! Try it once and see for yourself.

Do those 3 things and you can possibly lose 10 pounds in 10 days.

Here’s how to lose weight really fast using the“TV2″ Program. This is the new RAGE as far as weight loss goes. Forget diets, forget the gym, forget jogging, forget walking, forget crunches, and forget about sit ups.

This is not only fun to do, but it’s easy and saves you a bunch of time.

 

Ok, to begin with, this program revolves around you watching tv… hence the name TV2. LISTEN, I’m not going to fight you on this. Instead, I’m going to use your tv watching to your advantage. So what does the 2 stand for… that stands for the 2 hours you’ll be watching tv for.

You can watch tv more if you want, but for this program you need to watch tv for 2 hours a day… LUCKY YOU!

Simple enough so far, yeah? Ok good!

So you watch tv for 2 hours, now what? Well, during the commercials, you’ll do 2 minute mini-workouts that speed up your metabolism LIKE CRAZY. I suggest you do 3 exercises… jumping on a mini-trampoline, hindu squats, and hula hooping.

Jumping on a mini-trampoline… self-explanatory… jump on it. It costs about $25… but think of all the money you save in gym fees, gas expenses, etc. It replaces all that stuff… and saves you a bunch of time. So during the commercials, you jump on it.

Hindu Squats… these are bodyweight squats that you do fast. It’s more an aerobic-type of exercise than a muscle building exercise. You burn off fat FAST AND FURIOUS with this exercise. Just squat up and down fast. Do as many as you can in the 2 minute commercial breaks.

Hula Hooping… simply hula hoop until the commercial ends.

You can focus on 1 of the exercises, 2 of the exercises, all 3 of them, or mix them up. It doesn’t matter, just do 1 of those exercises during each commercial over 2 hours of tv time.
